FACC receives Pegasus business award

15.06.2018

FACC was awarded the Pegasus in bronze in the category "Lighthouses".

The Upper Austrian business prize Pegasus was awarded for the 25th time at the gala night of business in the Brucknerhaus in Linz. FACC was awarded the coveted trophy in bronze in the category "Lighthouses”.

What started off 37 years ago, in 1981, as an idea in the research department of Fischer Ski in Ried im Innkreis has developed into an internationally leading company over the last few years. In the 2017/2018 financial year, the aerospace technology partner FACC achieved the best corporate result in the company's history. Profits increased by 6.4 percent to 750.7 million euros thanks to the company's dynamism and commitment. In addition to figuring among the leading companies in the region, FACC also enjoys a reputation as a leading international company and sought-after employer throughout Germany and the Czech Republic. The company currently employs 3,400 members of staff from 38 nations.

Many courageous decisions, numerous changes and a few expansion steps were necessary to get to where we are today: we are a leading technology company with international appeal, and we are very proud of this.”

CEO Robert Machtlinger
