Management board mandate of Aleš Stárek extended until 2024

The Supervisory Board of FACC AG extended the appointment of Aleš Stárek as Chief Financial Officer for a period of 5 years. The new contract runs until 2024. 

"Aleš Stárek has made a great contribution to the successful further development of the company since he joined FACC AG as a member of the Management Board. We are very pleased that he is available for a further period in order to continuously advance the successful projects and initiated processes", comments Ruguang Geng, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of FACC AG, the reappointment.

The Czech business engineer Aleš Stárek studied at the University of Karlsruhe (Germany) and completed an Executive MBA program at Duke University in North Carolina (USA). Before joining FACC AG, he was CFO of the European automotive division (Stuttgart/Germany) of the Japanese Nidec Group. Prior to that, he worked for six years for the German Webasto AG as CFO in Asia. Aleš Stárek possesses excellent financial knowledge and, with his many years of management experience obtained in China, Japan, and Korea, is considered a proven expert for international business.
