From skis to the sky

What once began as the passion of a group of aviation enthusiasts within an Austrian ski manufacturer is today FACC – a leading global technology partner in the aerospace industry.

In just three decades, it has evolved into a globally recognized Tier 1 partner, specializing in aerostructures, engine and nacelle components, and cabin interiors for every major aerospace OEM.

Lightweight systems for the green deal

To meet the Green Deal’s climate goals, commercial aircraft are increasingly depending on advanced energy sources like hydrogen and e-fuels, which, despite their benefits, still produce emissions upon combustion. Next-generation battery-powered aircraft and eVTOLs also require minimal take-off weight.

Reducing energy consumption is crucial for making aviation both environmentally and economically efficient. Our lightweight systems are pivotal in achieving energy savings by minimizing weight and air resistance.
