CFO Aleš Stárek leaves FACC AG

Chief Financial Officer Aleš Stárek will terminate his mandate as CFO of FACC AG prematurely as of 31 December 2023 in order to pursue new professional challenges.

CFO Aleš Stárek, has asked the Supervisory Board to end his appointment as CFO of FACC AG prematurely with effect from end of 31 December 2023, in order to pursue new professional challenges. The Supervisory Board has agreed to a mutual termination of contract with effect from the end of the year.

“I am proud and grateful that I was able to contribute to the positive development of FACC AG as CFO, and that I was able to lay the foundations for the company's continuing success in the future together with the entire Management Board. I would like to express my gratitude to all employees for the excellent cooperation and, above all, for the team spirit that characterizes FACC,” stresses CFO Aleš Stárek.

Mr. Stárek was appointed to the Management Board of FACC AG on 1 October 2016 and served in this function for more than seven years. During his term as a Management Board member, he successfully handled the Covid-19 pandemic and strategically expanded FACC AG to include the Urban Air Mobility and Space sectors. The Supervisory Board will decide on the new composition of the Management Board of FACC AG in the near future. For the time being, Mr. Stárek's duties will be divided among the existing members of the Management Board.
