Annual General Meeting 2020
The forthcoming Annual General Meeting of FACC AG on July 1, 2021 will take place in accordance with Section 1 para. 1 of the Austrian COVID-19 Act (COVID-19 GesG) and the decree of the Federal Ministry of Justice on the more detailed regulation regarding the holding of meetings under corporate law without the physical presence of the participants and the adoption of resolutions by other means (COVID-19 Act) pursuant to Section 1 para. 2 of the COVID-19 Act as a virtual Annual General Meeting without the physical presence of participants. This means that shareholders cannot be physically present at the Annual General Meeting of FACC AG on July 1st 2021. We expressly point out that it is not possible for shareholders to come to the venue of the Annual General Meeting in person.
