Overhaul & Inspection

To ensure maximum availability and reliability of aircraft, FACC Aftermarket Services offers Operators, OEMs and MROs (Maintenance Repair and Overhaul Stations) a wide range of capabilities for the repair, modification, overhaul and inspection of Aircraft Components.

As a certified organization for design (Part 21/J), production (Part 21/G), and maintenance (Part 145) with over 35 years of experience in composite materials, we are performing repairs where others would be forced to scrap the part.

Blended & Split Scimitar Winglets

Blended and Split Scimitar Winglet technology developed by Aviation Partners Boeing and manufactured by FACC works to benefit the environment in two ways: by burning less fuel and reducing CO₂ emissions compared to aircraft without winglets.

These winglets, developed for the Boeing Next-Generation 737, among others, have been attached to more than 10,000 business and commercial aircraft since the 1990s, reducing drag and improving fuel efficiency by up to 7%.
