We are looking for a highly driven Supply Chain Coordinator to strengthen our supplier-facing operations and ensure stable, efficient, and high-performing supply chains. In this pivotal role, you will act as a key interface between FACC and our suppliers, overseeing critical activities such as production transfers, project tracking, performance monitoring, and issue resolution. By coordinating engineering, logistics, and quality topics, driving improvement actions, and ensuring on-time delivery, you will directly contribute to uninterrupted production at FACC and the overall success of our programs. With your hands-on approach and strong communication skills, you will support the supplier in meeting commitments, enhancing process robustness, and continuously improving operational performance.

• Oversee supplier operations by managing production transfers, tracking multiple ongoing projects, and aligning priorities with supplier program managers.
• Ensure performance and delivery reliability through regular reporting, driving commitment fulfillment, and addressing delays, risks, and quality issues proactively.
• Coordinate cross‑functional topics between FACC and the supplier, including engineering, logistics, MRB processes, and quality-related matters.
• Implement and monitor improvement actions, working closely with supplier management to secure resources and ensure sustainable execution.
• Safeguard product quality and compliance by conducting on‑site inspections, audits, and process reviews in line with FACC standards.
• Validate and optimize supplier logistics and supply chain processes to guarantee efficiency, robustness, and uninterrupted production flow for FACC.

• Higher technical or business education, or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; German skills are an advantage depending on the role’s environment.
• Strong IT proficiency, including hands‑on experience with SAP and solid skills in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Sound technical and commercial understanding, enabling effective coordination between engineering, quality, logistics, and procurement functions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• High willingness to travel (>75%), including frequent on‑site presence at supplier locations.

Your annual salary is based on your previous professional experience and educational level and ranges between € 43.000,- und € 63.000,- gross pa. full-time basis.
