In this role, you will gain hands-on experience at the intersection of Corporate Finance, capital markets communications, and Sustainability. You will contribute to key reporting processes, work closely with investors and banks, and build a strong understanding of financial and sustainability-related corporate management. From your first day, you will take on meaningful responsibilities while continuously developing your professional and personal skills.Investor Relations & Sustainability Reporting

• Support day-to-day administrative and organizational activities in the areas of Investor Relations and Sustainability.
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of quarterly, half-year, and annual reports.
• Support the calculation, analysis, and monitoring of Group KPIs, including data from subsidiaries.
• Prepare presentations, website content, social media materials, and other communication assets for internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to capital market communication initiatives and sustainability reporting projects.

Treasury Backoffice & Guarantees

• Provide operational support for Treasury Back Office activities.
• Manage and monitor bank guarantees throughout their lifecycle.
• Record, maintain, and analyze internal and external financing activities in the Treasury Management System (TMS).
• Support treasury reporting, documentation, and compliance-related processes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of treasury processes and reporting structures

• Completed commercial or business-related education (e.g. business college, university of applied sciences, or university degree).
• Initial practical experience gained through internships, working student positions, or first professional experience in finance is an asset.
• Strong interest in finance, capital markets, and sustainability topics.
• Basic understanding of financial instruments, financial reporting, and corporate performance indicators.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable way of working.
• High level of discretion, accuracy, and sense of responsibility.
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Team-oriented mindset, strong willingness to learn, and a proactive approach.

The annual gross salary for this position starts at EUR 38,500. We offer a market-oriented compensation package, with the possibility of a higher salary depending on qualifications and experience.
