About this job
In the Quality department, you ensure that products and processes meet the highest quality standards. By identifying areas for improvement, you play an active role in minimising errors and increasing efficiency. Your work is crucial to maximising customer satisfaction and ensuring the company’s long-term competitiveness.
Your Tasks
- Preparing supplier complaints, including MRB, coordination with other departments, returns and settlement
- Handling customer complaints
- Requesting root cause analyses, including corrective and preventive measures (8D, A3, 5 Whys, etc.)
- Drafting claims and actively participating in negotiations
- Quality responsibility across the entire supply chain for a commodity
- FAI acceptance in accordance with AS9102 (including on-site and with the customer)
- Conducting process and product audits (with customer contact)
- Quality planning for suppliers (quality plans, FAI, ATP, goods-in inspection)
- Conducting supplier qualifications and process approvals
- Drawing up improvement plans for suppliers, in consultation with customers
- Implementing and leading improvement projects (external/internal)
- Master data maintenance
- Collaboration in the supplier selection process
- Organising meetings with suppliers
Your Profile
- Completed higher education (HTL, FH, Bachelor’s degree)
- At least 5 years’ relevant professional experience in quality assurance within procurement/quality management
- Audit experience
- Auditor accreditation
- Technical understanding
- Fluency in spoken and written English and German (business proficiency)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- SAP experience in quality assurance
- International experience
- Willingness to travel (at least 20%)

Your annual salary is based on your previous professional experience and educational level and ranges between € 43.000,- und € 55.000,- gross pa. full-time basis. If you exceed the requirements, we can adjust this scale. As an international company, FACC also offers interesting development opportunities and attractive social benefits.
The gross monthly salary (wood industry) is between € 2,317.96 (excl. overtime and shift allowance) and € 2,645.28 according to the collective agreement.
