About this job
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated individual who can support the smooth running of our export processes with attention to detail, organisational skills and a strong customer focus. In this role of responsibility, you will play a key part in ensuring that our goods are shipped worldwide on time and in compliance with regulations – and you will become part of a motivated team working together towards long-term success.
Your Tasks
- Coordination and organisation of transport/deliveries
- Preparation of all delivery documentation and invoicing
- Conducting price negotiations with transport companies/freight forwarders
- Optimisation of transport processes
- Export processing; acting as the internal point of contact for export and customs matters
- Verification and approval of freight invoices
- Contributing to the further development of processes within one’s own area of responsibility
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training (apprenticeship, Hasch/HAK)
- Good knowledge of MS Office and English
- Experience in customs matters
- Knowledge of international supply chain operations
- SAP skills

Your annual salary will depend on your previous professional experience and qualifications, and will range from €42,000 to €48,000 gross per annum on a full-time basis. If you exceed the requirements, we can adjust this range on an individual basis.
