At apprenticeship competitions, our apprentices regularly show what they are capable of – and how much dedication, skill and team spirit there is in the FACC Future Team. They gain valuable experience, grow beyond themselves and prove that strong training leads to real success.

When teamwork becomes support

Every year, our apprentices from different year groups work together on a special project.
In 2025, they created a unique basketball machine in FACC design, which will be raffled off for a good cause at the Christmas tombola. Every ticket helps support people facing difficult life situations.

Experiences that connect

At our apprentice excursions, the shared experience takes center stage. Whether it’s exciting insights, new experiences or simply spending time together outside the daily work routine – our Future Team grows even closer. This is how team spirit, connection and memories that last are created.
