In warehouse logistics with a focus on goods receipt and refrigerated goods, you are responsible for receiving, inspecting, and properly storing incoming deliveries — especially temperature-sensitive products. You check shipments for completeness and quality, document incoming goods, and ensure that cold chain requirements are maintained. Additionally, you help organize the warehouse and contribute to the optimization of logistics processes.

• Planning, implementing and optimizing logistics processes
• Receiving, checking, booking and storing incoming goods in accordance with internal specifications
• Organizing, picking and dispatching outgoing goods
• Packing parts and components in accordance with internal regulations and packaging instructions
• Creating internal documentation and process descriptions

• Professional experience in the field of logistics, ideally with industrial components
• Independent, precise and quality-conscious way of working
• Ability to work under pressure, team spirit and flexibility
• Good German language skills
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Knowledge of process optimization (CIP, 5S, Kaizen) desirable
• Advantage: English and SAP knowledge

The starting salary for employees in logistics is at least € 2,732.20 gross during a three-month induction phase. After that, the monthly salary increases to a minimum of € 2,862.25 gross, but to a maximum of € 3,256.53 gross without overtime or various bonuses.The gross monthly salary (wood industry) is between EUR 2,383.09 (excl. overtime and shift allowance) and EUR 2,718.76 according to the collective agreement.
