As a foreman in the production area, you play a key role in managing and overseeing technical work processes. You coordinate your team, assign tasks efficiently, and ensure that all work is carried out according to specifications, on time, and to a high standard of quality. With your technical expertise and hands-on experience, you support your colleagues in their daily tasks, solve problems directly on site, and ensure smooth operations. You act as the link between technicians and management – with the goal of delivering safe and reliable results in aviation.

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of the team
• Initiation and implementation of measures to achieve the agreed targets (productivity, quality, costs, quantity, …)
• Initiation and implementation of Q6 and WIN activities
• Fine-tuning of order planning in coordination with production and group management
• Correct prioritization & goal-oriented work
• Compliance with applicable safety regulations and guidelines
• Communication and coordination with cross-departmental areas
• Training, integration and further development of new employees (professional and personal)
• Collaboration in the continuous improvement of product and process quality

• Completed technical training in the logistics, metal, plastics or wood sector
• Willingness to undergo further training
• Experience in the technical and disciplinary management of employees
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Knowledge of English is an advantage
• Good MS Office skills and affinity for other programs
• Willingness to work overtime and shifts
• Accurate and clean way of working
• Knowledge of Kaizen
• Very good written and spoken German skills

The starting salary for the position supervisor is at least € 3,296,00 gross during a six-month induction phase. Thereafter, the monthly wage increases to a minimum of € 3,633,56 gross but a maximum of € 4,044,91 gross without overtime or various bonuses.
The gross monthly salary (wood industry) is between € 2,383,09 (excl. overtime and shift allowance) and € 2,718,76 according to the collective agreement.
