In the Quality department, you will ensure that products and processes meet the highest quality standards. By identifying potential for improvement, you actively contribute to minimizing errors and increasing efficiency. Your work is crucial to maximizing customer satisfaction and ensuring the long-term competitiveness of the company.

• Creation of supplier complaints including MRB, coordination with other departments, returns and settlements
• Processing of customer complaints
• Requesting root cause analyses including corrective and preventive actions (8D, A3, 5 Why, etc.)
• Claim preparation and active participation in negotiations
• Quality responsibility across the entire supplier chain of a commodity
• FAI approval according to AS9102 (also on-site and with the customer)
• Conducting process and product audits (including customer interaction)
• Quality planning for suppliers (Q-plans, FAI, ATP, incoming inspection)
• Execution of supplier qualifications and process approvals
• Preparing improvement plans for suppliers in coordination with the customer
• Execution and leadership of improvement projects (external/internal)
• Master data maintenance
• Participation in the supplier selection process
• Organization of meetings with suppliers

• Completed higher technical education (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, Bachelor’s degree)
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in supplier quality assurance or quality management
• Experience in auditing
• Auditor certification
• Strong technical understanding
• Business-fluent English and German, both spoken and written
• Proficient in MS Office
• SAP experience in quality assurance
• International work experience
• Willingness to travel (minimum 20%)

Your annual salary is based on your previous professional experience and educational level and ranges between € 43.000,- und € 58.800,- gross pa. full-time basis.
