About this job
In your role as a technician in the field of engineering, you will actively shape the development and optimization of technical solutions. With your expertise, you will drive existing or innovative new processes forward and ensure that the highest quality standards are achieved. You will work hand in hand with interdisciplinary teams to master technical challenges. Your contribution is crucial to successfully implementing projects and ensuring the continuous further development of products and technologies.
Your Tasks
- Responsibility for defining, administering, and managing associated test campaigns to validate FACC material and process specifications
- Full or partial responsibility for the validation of new auxiliary materials and conducting test campaigns
- Support for technical FACC departments in material and processes selection for external customer projects and supply chain
- Full or partial responsibility for defining, creating and supervising official test campaigns for internal and external material and process qualifications
- Technical support during internal and external process audits (e.g. NADCAP)
- Active support in new and development projects (DtB and BtP) to ensure the required component or project readiness (e.g. MRL Manufacturing Readiness Level) before the start of series production
- Support for technical departments in troubleshooting material and/or process issues to identify and eliminate disturbance
- Communication and participation in technical meetings with departments, suppliers and customers
- Contribution in cost reduction activities
- Applying of “lessons learned” in all activities and development of expertise in aviation-specific materials and processes
- Development of new processes outside of existing FACC core processes
- MRB (Material Review Board) Activities in the event of process or material deviations
Your Profile
- Completed technical education (university, university of applied sciences, technical college or technical apprenticeship)
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Strong communication and assertiveness skills as well as an independent, proactive work style
- Hands-on mentality
- Experience in the technical field
- IT skills (MS Office, etc….)
- Experience in Six Sigma (e.g. Green Belt training)
- Assembly of composite production

Your annual salary is based on your previous professional experience and educational level and ranges between € 37.000,- und € 52.000,- gross pa. full-time basis.
