In your role as a technician in the field of engineering, you will actively shape the development and optimization of technical solutions. With your expertise, you will drive existing or innovative new processes forward and ensure that the highest quality standards are achieved. You will work hand in hand with interdisciplinary teams to master technical challenges. Your contribution is crucial to successfully implementing projects and ensuring the continuous further development of products and technologies.

• Technical responsibility for metalworking processes, assembly of composite components and surface treatment
• Support and further development of material and process specifications and implementation of corresponding test campaigns
• Implementation and documentation of material and process qualifications in development projects
• Supporting the development departments in the selection of suitable materials and manufacturing processes
• Participation in process audits (e.g. NADCAP) and technical problem analysis during ongoing operations
• Selection, qualification and support of external suppliers
• Technical contact for our customers on material and process issues
• Active participation in the Material Review Board (MRB) in the event of deviations
• Establishment and further development of technical expertise in the area of materials and production technologies

• Completed studies (e.g. Aviation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metal – or Plastics Engineering) or professional technical qualification with multiple years of experience
• Minimum 3-5 years technical experience in the aerospace industry is beneficial
• Advanced English skills in speech and writing
• Pro-active acting and self-reliant working
• Hands-on mentality
• Advanced IT-Knowledge (e.g. MS Office)
• Experience with Six Sigma and the respective tools is beneficial

Your annual salary is based on your previous professional experience and educational level and ranges between € 50.000,- und € 80.000,- gross pa. full-time basis.
