In the Quality department, you will ensure that products and processes meet the highest quality standards. By identifying potential for improvement, you actively contribute to minimizing errors and increasing efficiency. Your work is crucial to maximizing customer satisfaction and ensuring the long-term competitiveness of the company.
Your Tasks
- Ensuring the quality of our aircraft components in production incl. release or rejection of the components.
- Carrying out process and final acceptance tests on components using conventional measuring equipment (e.g. micrometers), optical inspections, process tests, etc.
- Preparation of initial sample inspection reports and recording of static data
- Demanding of product- and process-related corrective measures as well as auditing of production
- Training and further education of production employees for self-inspection and random checks of self-inspection
Your Profile
- Completed apprenticeship in the technical field (e.g. mechanic, toolmaker, carpenter, plastic moulder) or technical college.
- Basic knowledge of quality assurance and/or first work experience in production with self-checking would be an advantage
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- English spoken and written
- Ability to work in a team, reliability and willingness to learn
- Willingness to work shifts (2nd and 3rd shift)

The starting salary for Quality Assurance employees is at least € 2.796,09 gross during a three-month induction phase. Thereafter, the monthly salary increases to a minimum of € 2.942,15 gross but a maximum of € 3.342,70 gross without overtime or various bonuses.The gross monthly salary (wood industry) is between € 2.383,09 (excl. VAT and shift allowance) and € 2.718,76 according to the collective agreement.
