In production, you will ensure a smooth process and implement the highest quality standards. With your commitment, you will make a significant contribution to ensuring that production targets are achieved reliably and on time. You will work closely in a team and with relevant interfaces and actively contribute your diligence and quality awareness to the production process. In doing so, you will make a valuable contribution to the product as a whole and help shape the mobility of the future.

• Laying up composite materials in a cleanroom environment
• Assembly of components according to work instructions (drilling, countersinking, riveting)
• Operating state-of-the-art  systems and machines
• Reporting material and work processes in SAP

• Technical apprenticeship or experience in production is an advantage
• Good manual skills are also desirable
• Good knowledge of German and basic English skills are an advantage
• Independent and precise way of working, quality awareness
• Willingness to work in a shift system

The starting salary for goods receiving employees is at least € 2,555,40 gross during a two-month induction phase. Thereafter, the monthly wage increases to a minimum of € 2,639,99 gross but a maximum of € 3,019,69 gross without overtime or various bonuses.
The gross monthly salary (wood industry) is between € 2,383,09 (excl. overtime and shift allowance) and € 2,718,76 according to the collective agreement.
