In production, you will ensure a smooth process and implement the highest quality standards. With your commitment, you will make a significant contribution to ensuring that production targets are achieved reliably and on time. You will work closely in a team and with relevant interfaces and actively contribute your diligence and quality awareness to the production process. In doing so, you will make a valuable contribution to the product as a whole and help shape the mobility of the future.

• Loading of programs into the machines
• Storing and retrieving of clamping devices using a forklift
• Setting up and cleaning the machine as well as replacing components
• Editing and, if necessary, modifying and optimizing CNC programs
• Carrying out minor repairs

• Completed apprenticeship in a manual trade is an advantage (e.g. metalworker, electrician, mechanic, carpenter)
• Experience with CNC controls is an advantage
• Basic computer and English skills
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
• Forklift license is an advantage

The starting salary for CNC Machine Operator is at least € 2.869,17 gross during a six-month induction phase. Thereafter, the monthly wage increases to a minimum of € 3.016,69 gross but a maximum of € 3.256,53  gross without overtime or various bonuses.
The gross monthly salary (wood industry) is between € 2.383,09 (excl. overtime and shift allowance) and € 2.718,76. according to the collective agreement.
