Ad-hoc Mitteilung gemäß Art. 9 Abs. 3 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 2273/2003 vom 22. Dezember 2003 zur Durchführung der Richtlinie 2003/6/EG des Europäischen Parlaments betreffend Vornahme von Stabilisierungsmaß-nahmen im Zusammenhang mit Aktien der FACC AG (ISIN AT00000FACC2)
Ried - Im Zusammenhang mit dem Börsengang und der Zulassung von Aktien der FACC AG zum Amtlichen Handel an der Wiener Börse, teilt die FACC AG hiermit mit, dass die Greenshoe Option vom Stabilisierungsmanager nicht ausgeübt wurde und somit die Aktienanzahl des Abgebenden Aktionärs 55,5% beträgt.
Gemäß Art. 9 Abs. 3 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 2273/2003 teilt die FACC AG hiermit mit, dass J.P. Morgan Securities plc als Stabilisierungsmanager während des Stabilisierungszeitraums folgende Kursstabilisierungsmaßnahmen durchführte:
