In the Quality department, you will ensure that products and processes meet the highest quality standards. By identifying potential for improvement, you actively contribute to minimizing errors and increasing efficiency. Your work is crucial to maximizing customer satisfaction and ensuring the long-term competitiveness of the company.

• Creation of supplier complaints including MRB, coordination with other departments, returns and claims
• Demanding root cause analyzes including remedial and preventive measures (8D, A3, 5 Why, etc.)
• Claim creation and active participation in negotiations
• Quality responsibility across the entire supply chain of a commodity
• FAI verification in accordance with AS9102 (also on site and with the customer)
• Carrying out process and product audits (with customer contact)
• Quality planning for suppliers (Q plans, FAI, ATP, incoming inspection)
• Supplier qualifications and process approvals
• Creating improvement plans for suppliers with customer contact
• Implementation and management of improvement projects (external/internal)
• Participation in the supplier selection process
• Organizing meetings with suppliers

• Successfully completed education in electronics or electrical engineering
  
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in electronics within the aviation or industrial sector
  
• Technical expertise in industrial manufacturing of electronic components and related processes (functional testing, repairs, soldering, IPC/WHMA standards)
  
• Relevant professional experience in quality assurance in purchasing or quality management
  
• Very good command of English and German (business fluent)
  
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP
  
• Category B driving licence
  
• Advantageous: auditor certification, knowledge of quality methods and standards (Six Sigma, Lean, FMEA, APQP, PPAP)
  
• Willingness to travel (minimum 25%)

Your annual salary is based on your previous professional experience and educational level and ranges between € 43.000,- und € 58.800,- gross pa. full-time basis.
