Your responsibilities:
- Project management of national and international research projects incl. administration of the research project budget and preparation of funding reports
- Optimization of existing manufacturing processes to produce fiber composite components
- Independent execution of manufacturing feasibility studies
- Value analysis of new technologies in coordination with internal departments
- Intensive cooperation with national and international research institutions and coordination of the respective research activities
- Preparation of and participation in scientific publications and patents
- Participation in trade fairs & congresses and organization of technical exchange meetings with suppliers and customers
Your profile:
- Successful degree in the field of plastics engineering, lightweight design, mechanical engineering, or mechatronics (FH or TU).
- Several years of professional experience in the field of research and technology of fiber-reinforced plastic composites are an advantage
- You enjoy solving complex technical challenges
- Creativity and thinking out of the box will help you to find new solutions
- We appreciate a structured and solution-oriented way of thinking and working with a hands-on mentality
- Assertiveness and clearly understandable communication
- Knowledge and application of tools in the field of project management support your day-to-day work.
- Profound knowledge of German or English, both written and spoken, is essential in a global environment

Your annual salary is based on your previous professional experience and educational level and ranges between € 44.800,- and € 70.000,- gross pa. full-time basis.
