Your responsibilities:
- Creation and management of pre-planning and ordering
- Implementation of reporting to the customer for series processing
- Commercial customer complaint processing
- Dunning
- Coordination of delivery with production, dispatch and export processing
- SAP master data management
- Creation, preparation and administration of sales parameters such as delivery rate, complaints, acceptance behavior , deviations from the preliminary planning
- Interface between suppliers and customers
Your profile:
- Communicative personality
- A talented coordination and organization
- Good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- Good knowledge of English is a prerequisite
- Completed commercial training ( e.g. apprenticeship, commercial college, …)
Advantageous:

Your annual salary is based on your previous professional experience and educational level and ranges between € 35.000,- and € 44.800,- gross pa. full-time basis.
