The main shareholder FACC International Company Limited (55% of the voting
rights) today informed the management board and supervisory board of FACC AG as
follows:
FACC International Company Limited exercises its right of designation according
to point 11.2 of the Articles of Association of FACC AG. Mr. He Shengqiang was
designated as new member of the supervisory board by immediate effect.
Currently Mr. He Shengqiang (51) is active as General Manager of AVIC Aircraft
Cooperation as well as President of Xi'an Aircraft Company Limited.
