The negotiation of amendments to certain contracts with customers, which had
been ongoing since the last fiscal year and involve a potential earnings
contribution in a low double digit million amount, cannot be finalized during
the fiscal year 2015/16 as previously expected. For the fiscal year 2015/16
management expects an 11% increase in revenues to approximately EUR 585 million
as well as a pronounced increase of operating earnings (EBIT) compared to the
fiscal year 2014/15 - before negative one-off effects from the "Fake President
Incident". Pursuant to its financial calendar FACC AG will release its
consolidated results for the fiscal year 2015/16 on May 25, 2016.
