Strategic management decisions

In course of an enforcement procedure conducted by the Austrian Financial
Market Authority (FMA) regarding the annual financial statements 2015/16 as
well as the interim financial statements 2015/16 and the interim financial
statements 2016/17 the company received a letter from FMA. The management board
is currently evaluating the accounting issues and topics addressed by the FMA
in order to reflect these in the before mentioned statements as well as in the
annual financial statement 2016/17. The release of the annual financial
statements 2016/17 will be therefore scheduled for June 13th, 2017.
