Ried im Innkreis - FACC AG announces that Mr. Wenbiao Han, Member of the Supervisory Board and Chairman of the Audit Committee of FACC AG, will be vacated for personal reasons with effect from 29 April 2019. Mr. Wenbiao has been a member of the Company's Supervisory Board since June 2018. AVIC Cabin Systems Co., Limited (formerly FACC International) delegates Ms. Jiajia Dai, born in 1978, as a new member of the Supervisory Board of FACC AG pursuant to section 11.2 of the FACC AG statutes.
