Work climate at FACC

People who feel well at their workplaces will automatically be more motivated and committed. Therefore, we strive to offer our employees an ideal work environment.

In addition, we provide comprehensive assistance to our international employees who come from all around the world to work for us in Upper Austria. This is to help them to get off to a smooth start, also on a private level. We assist our new staff members on their arrival and provide temporary accommodation until they have settled in well. Furthermore, there is an international community of FACC staff in Upper Austria that includes people from more than 35 countries. We also welcome trainees from all over the world.
